Return Policy

We wish you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer the following policy should you change your mind:
Our stock merchandise may be returned within 3 days of pick up or delivery with a 15% restocking/return fee and are subject to the following condition: The merchandise must be in the original condition as delivered and is subject to inspection by Rusbosin’ s. If picked up please inspect all pickups before you leave. We cannot be responsible for merchandise once it leaves our warehouse.
Delivery is a service and the original delivery fee is non-refundable. A pick up/ redelivery fee will be applied to all returns.

If you choose to return merchandise that was delivered, it will be picked up the next available Tuesday through Friday delivery date. Saturday is not available on returns.
Mattresses, box springs and adjustable bases are not returnable.


Exchange or return of stock merchandise due to manufacturing defect must be authorized by the factory. To comply with the factory guidelines, merchandise must be inspected by an in-home service personnel to ensure that items are in their original condition. Delivery charges and Guardsman protection products are not refundable.

Special Orders

Special orders are items manufactured by the customer request and are not items that Rusbosin stocks. These require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Special order merchandise is not subject to cancellation or return. Date of delivery is estimated according to information provided by the factory. Actual delivery may vary from this original estimate which is beyond our control. All special ordered merchandise must be scheduled for delivery within 30 days of arrival at the warehouse.

One Year Limited Warranty

Rusbosin provides all manufacture limited warranties with free parts and labor for one year from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect the furniture in your home, repair the furniture in your home or pick it up for repair. This limited warranty covers all furniture purchases excluding clearance merchandise. Clearance merchandise includes “as is” items, floor samples, closeouts and discontinued items.


We will assist you with your repair needs, whether it’s a part replacement or arranging for in-home repair. After the one year free service on delivery merchandise has expired, a labor charge for repairs and/or installation of warranted parts will be charged. The customer will pay for parts and labor required after both the year free service period and manufacture’s warranties have expired. If service is required please contact our Customer Service Department at 724-532-1240 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.


Carefully inspect all pictures, lamps, accessories and are rugs before you take them with you. Accessories are not returnable.

Guardsman Protection Plan

Rusbosin offers a five or ten year warranty against stains, accidental tears, rips and burns along with an operational or structural failure warranty on upholstery.
We also carry a 10 year warranty protection plan warranty for your mattress that covers accidental stains and damages from specific occurrences, Rusbosin even have a 5-year warranty protection plan on your wood furniture for stains and damages.
